ibotta is an app that lets you pick cash back deals at stores (example: $1.00 back when you buy a dozen any brand eggs at any store on their list). Once you choose the deals and go shopping, just upload your receipt as proof or link your store rewards card. Once you have $20 built up, you can cash out with PayPal or redeem for gift cards. Their referral program is easy because they offer you $5.00 and your referral $10.00 after they sign up and redeem at least one offer. It makes for an easy conversion, and you are basically getting paid to refer instead of the usual free stuff or store credit. I signed up through someone else's referral link.
